Welcome Back Cg. Yohanes

Cikgu Yohanes, one of the teacher in the school is now back today after spending her privilege of 56 days of holiday, right after the deliverance of her baby. She had given birth to a healthy, beautiful baby girl last February. The school is happy to see her again, especially her pupils that they even gave their teacher some cards to welcome her. Sweet...

With that, Congratulations to Cikgu Yohanes for the newborn. We understand there's a lot of things that she needs to catch up with, so again welcome back to the world of teaching. It's going to be a hectic ride being a mother and a teacher, but we know she'll managed =)

Brownies Harvesting Hill Paddy

Sunday, 7th March, members of the SRTT brownies came as early as 7 am to one of the padi field in Kampong Pengkalan Tangsi to experience themselves practically in harvesting paddy known as the hill paddy (padi tugal). It was actually organised by the teachers from the four secondary schools in Brunei Muara District; STPRI, SOAS, SMJA and SM Menglait. The weather was so humid and sunny but it worth their time. Not only did the pupils get to obtain new knowledge from the activities, but they also get to interact with their brothers and sisters @ new friends from secondary schools. To have seen smiley, happy faces from the pupils showed that the pupils really had fun and enjoyed their day. The pupils now get to boast and tell their friends that they now know how to harvest paddy.
What a beautiful day..
