Four classes (Year 1 Cekal, Year 1 Cekap, Year 2 Cergas and Year 2 Cerdik) went for an educational visit to the Butterfly Garden at Tasek Merimbun Heritage Park.
The visit aims to give the students the chance to learn more about butterfly, observing the delicate beautiful insect in their natural environment.
It was an interesting trip and the students were overjoyed to have a closer look at the butterfly in all the stages of their life cycle.
Apart from that, the students get to see for themselves the various floras and faunas (plants and animals) that grows and live in the park.

officially opened by the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Yang
Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Laila Diraja Dato Seri Setia Awang
Haji Hazair, this morning. In conjunction with the launching of the
garden, a Children Story Book entitled, Si Kelabang was launched. Also
present was the son of His Royal Highness Prince Mohamad Bolkiah, Yang
Amat Mulia Pengiran Muda Omar Ali, Curator of Natural History who is
also the Manager of Tasik Merimbun Heritage Park"
